1.5 oz Select Grain Vodka

4 oz Coffee

1 oz *Mint simple syrup

.5 oz chocolate syrup.

You can either shake and enjoy on ice or shake and strain into a martini glass that has been drizzled with chocolate syrup!

*To make mint simple syrup: simple syrup is half parts sugar and hot water, once dissolved you have simple syrup. Now that you have made simple syrup, add mint leaves and let infuse overnight. Remove the leaves the next day and you have mint simple syrup. You can do this process with any fresh herbs!

Slap 2 large Basil leaves to loosen the oils and drop into a Collins glass

Add ice

1.5oz CCS Vodka

.5 oz Lemon juice

.5 oz Simple syrup

Shake well, but do not destroy the basil; add club soda! Will look something like this!

2 oz CCS Vodka

.75 oz Triple Sec

1 oz Lime Juice

2 raspberries

1 slice hot pepper of choice (jalapeño)

Muddle the raspberries and hot pepper slice with the lime juice. Add ice, vodka, and Triple Sec. Shake and top with fresh berries.

1 oz Colonial Rum

1 oz Select Grain Vodka

2 oz pineapple juice

2 oz Orange Juice

Mix or shake all ingredients together over ice and enjoy this race day favorite!

3 dashes lavender bitters, shake and strain into a coupe and garnish with a cherry

Cherry-Hibiscus Syrup

1. Heat and muddle 2 cherries, 1 tsp hibiscus flowers, and 2 oz water in a pot on high heat until it reaches a boil.
2. Remove from heat and steep for 10 minutes.
3. Strain the juice, discarding the leftover cherry pulp and flowers.

Cocktail:

1 oz CCS Vodka

.5 oz Cherry Bounce

Cherry-Hibiscus Syrup (from above)

1 tsp Honey

.5 oz Lemon Juice

3 oz Pineapple Juice

Sparkling water (to top)

Add all ingredients to a glass, top with sparkling water, and enjoy!

Shake all ingredients over ice and enjoy!

Grapefruit juice

Add all ingredients over ice and garnish with fresh mint! You can always substitute the wine for club soda and it will still be delicious and refreshing!

Muddle 8-10 blueberries in a glass (mason jar) and fill with ice

Add a squirt of fresh lemon juice to taste and garnish with fresh lemon!

You can also use this same recipe with raspberry puree! * Peach puree can be made by taking fresh or frozen peaches and simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water) and pureeing them up in a blender or food processor!
