Chef Billy Gruenewald and Holly Joyce are featured on Channel 69 Sunrise News segment. In this segment, they discussed a summer favorite, chicken wings. Their version uses historic cooking methods to pair nicely with the history of the Sun Inn. The chicken wings use a method called Confit, used to preserve the meats in the time period of the Sun Inn.
