Bethlehem’s Sun Inn seeking operator for Colonial-themed restaurant

Bethlehem’s Sun Inn is once again in the hunt for a restaurateur.

The Sun Inn Preservation Association is looking for someone to rent the second-floor of its historic Main Street building to operate a Colonial-themed restaurant, the organization announced Monday. The inn dates to 1758 and has been restored to appear as it would have in the 18th century.
