2 oz Colonial Rum
1 oz Cream of Coconut
Mint to taste
Juice of 1 Lime Wedge
Club Soda
Add Rum and Cream of Coconut to shaker with ice, shake until satisfied.
Add mint and lime juice to a glass of your choice, pour contents of shaker into glass
Top off with club soda, and garnish with lime or coconut!
